Monthly membership vs. auto subscribe:
Monthly: you will manually purchase a subscription each month you choose. If subscription payments are not back to back months, you will be removed from the group for the months that have not been subscribed.
Auto: You will be charged on the same day of the next month until you decide otherwise (For example, if you pay May 27, your subscription will auto-renew on June 27).
Leaving the group:
You may leave the group at any time, but subscription / partial subscription fee will *not* be refunded. Once you have access to any exclusive material and/or passwords, members cannot be refunded.
If you choose not to renew your subscription, you can finish out the month you have paid, and we can manually remove you from the group, or you can leave on your own!
The mod team will have a spreadsheet tracking all members and dates when they enter/leave to ensure fairness to everyone.

All earring ear wire will either be Stainless Steel -or- 14K gold plated, and will be noted in the specific listing.
Pendants are (unless otherwise noted) made from silver plated bezels, stainless steel chain.

All stash jars are GLASS, and are recommended to be shipped with USPS priority mail. If item breaks in transit, it cannot be replaced. If Priority mail is chosen as shipping method, a refund will be given! Please see the refund policy for more information if needed!

Stash Jars & Trinket Dishes:
To clean, wipe with a damp cloth, and pat dry. DO NOT SOAK, SUBMERGE IN LIQUID, USE IN DISHWASHER OR MICROWAVE
For ALL jewelry:
✅ Avoid contact with extensive moisture, water, perfume, and other chemicals.
✅ Remove jewelry when exercising, showering or sleeping.
✅ Store jewelry safely in a cool and dry place when not in use.
✅ To clean, wipe gently with a cloth.
Wall decor:
Not recommended for outdoor use. While pieces are sealed with weather and UV protectant sealant (either resin or acrylic gloss spray) Jgrondz Dot Art is not responsible for how/where the consumer chooses to display the piece once it is in their (the consumer) possession.
