Shipping policy

All items are listed by weights, and Shopify will generate a shipping profile based on weight, where you will be able to choose available shipping methods.

All items listed as "in stock" are, and will be shipped out within 3-4 business days (sometimes sooner depending on demand). 

Please read important note below, as you may have to select priority shipping for certain items!

Potentially breakable items such as glass or fragile wood pieces (to name a few) WILL BE EXPECTED to be sent via USPS priority mail.  If you choose not to elect USPS Priority mail on such items, if it arrives broken, Jgrondz Dot Art does not assume liability.  If item arrives broken with USPS priority shipping, please contact me (before you throw the packaging out) so I can submit a claim.  Please take pictures of how the item arrived (condition of the box, picture showing all packaging, and a picture showing the damaged item).
