Glows brightest and longest when charged under UV light (can be sunlight or uv lamp)
Mix this in a clear base as a top dot/top coat OR mix a 1 : 2 ratio in iridescent white fine glitter! (1tsp to 2tsp glitter will get you enough glitter for 1-2 ornaments!)

To clean, wipe with a damp cloth, and pat dry. DO NOT SOAK, SUBMERGE IN LIQUID, USE IN DISHWASHER OR MICROWAVE
For ALL jewelry:
