5grams by weight premium glow pigment powder
Ghost glows WHITE under UV light and a light teal under regular room lighting. (UV can be from direct sunlight or a UV lamp)
Glows brightest and longest when charged under UV light
Mix this in a clear base as a top dot/top coat OR mix a 1 : 2 ratio in iridescent white fine glitter! (1tsp to 2tsp glitter will get you enough glitter for 1-2 ornaments!)

To clean, wipe with a damp cloth, and pat dry. DO NOT SOAK, SUBMERGE IN LIQUID, USE IN DISHWASHER OR MICROWAVE
